Misty Valley Inn Policies
If you must cancel your reservation, you must notify us by 5:00 pm 7 days in advance of your arrival date or we will charge the remaining balance of the reservation. If no cancelation has been received on the 7th day, the card on file will be billed the remaining balance of the reservation. The non-refundable deposit, prepayments, or any other payments made after the reservation was created, will not be refunded regardless of when you cancel. If you selected the non-refundable rate and paid in full at the time of booking, the amount you paid will not be refunded if you cancel the reservation. All cancellations must be submitted in writing, sent to firstname.lastname@example.org . No shows will also be charged the full amount of their reservation. All reservations require credit card guarantee at time of booking.
No Smoking Policy:
Misty Valley Inn is pleased to announce that our Bed and Breakfast is smoke-free. This includes smoking of any kind, including but not limited to vaping, e-cigarettes, and marijuana. No open flames or candles are allowed in any room at any time. Please note that a cleaning fee of $400 per suite, or more, will be charged to guests who choose to smoke in our guest suites.
Misty Valley Inn (hereinafter known as MVI) is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of personal property or damage to motor vehicles during your stay. MVI reserves the right to charge me the full cost of rectifying damage caused by deliberate, negligent or reckless acts by me or one of my guests. If damage comes to light after my departure, MVI can charge my credit/debit card account as noted above. The same is true for any missing MVI property. Any damage to our property or rooms, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each room. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest. Fees may vary depending upon the amount necessary to restore or replace the damaged property up to, and including, the inability to rent the room(s).
Family Policy – No children under age 14 will be allowed to stay. There will be no refund given, and you will not be allowed to stay if you show up with a child under the age of 14.
Pet Policy – No pets/animals allowed of any kind, this includes service animals as owners live on the premises. We will not provide a refund, or allow you to stay if you show up with pets/animals. Please note that a cleaning fee of $400 per suite, or more, will be charged to guests if a pet/animal is discovered in our guest suites.

The kitchen and all appliances in kitchen are not for Guest use
Maximum occupancy for 1-bedroom suite is 2 people 14 and over
Maximum occupancy for 2-bedroom suite is 4 people 14 and over

Please list a cell phone number when booking your reservation as we utilize contactless self check-in, which requires you to complete our digital registration process via a link sent to you by text message. By doing this, it allows you to self check-in and arrive at your leisure as long as it is prior to 10pm.
I WILL FOLLOW THE RULES OF LODGING COURTESY: Quiet Hours are 10pm to 7am Pacific Standard Time. Keep hallway meetings to a minimum. ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS will congregate or stay in my room.
MVI ADHERES TO A STRICT POLICY OF ZERO TOLERANCE FOR DRUG ABUSE AND/OR UNDERAGE DRINKING. LACK OF COMPLIANCE TO THE ABOVE-MENTIONED POLICIES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITHOUT REFUND.
