Fresh baked breads, hot spiced fruit, and chilled fruit juices. Each guest will choose one of the following Entrees:
Logger Pancakes
A mixture of blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, pecans, walnuts, and oatmeal in creamy pancake batter. The Logger Pancakes can be ordered vegan and gluten free
Old Fashioned French Toast
French Bread soaked in custard and baked.
Irish Waffles
Pecan and walnut waffles with whipped cream. The Irish Waffles can be ordered vegan and gluten free.
Syrup Choices: Maple, Orange, or Crushed Berry.
Moroccan Omelet
Thin sliced white mushrooms sautéed in water and butter with sweet onions and Arabic spices, that are tasty but not hot, placed in an egg* case with sharp white cheddar cheese and topped with Béchamel sauce. The Moroccan Omelet can be ordered gluten free.
Savory Sausage Biscuits & Gravy
Sausage crumbles in white gravy with basil topped over homemade biscuits.
Irish Oatmeal
Unstirred Flake Oatmeal with nuts and berries.
Eggs*, choice of meat and toast
2 Scrambled eggs*, bacon, sausage, or veggie sausage, and wheat or sourdough toast.
To Go Breakfast Option
Egg* on biscuit, with choice of bacon, sausage, or veggie sausage, fruit, and a muffin.
